Alongside his position of Chairman of the firm, he runs diagnostic missions and transformation projects Supply Chain in Middle Market and large groups in industry, distribution and service sector. He carries values of professionalism, ethics and empathy that apply to operations of the firm and employees. He also develops innovation services with concepts such as Demand Driven, Industry and Supply Chain 4.0 or change management.

Kevin has a degree in Industrial Engineering and has dedicated his career to the field of Supply Chain Planning. His focus areas are MPS, MRP, DRP, Demand, Inventory, Capacity and Supply Management and now he specialises in DDMRP . Kevin currently guest lectures at Warwick University, UK and Polytech University, Hong Kong. Kevin has worked with over 200 companies globally and has extensive knowledge of planning tools, data management, business process re-engineering, change management and project management. Kevin’s objective is to work with companies to turn their supply chain planning in a competitive advantage.
Antoine Bernard has more than 25 years of experience in Supply chain, in operational activities (management positions), consulting and IT. Trained as an engineer, he specializes in Supply-chain operations management (performance improvement and change management) and in Lean management in automotive industry, consumer goods and distribution.
In addition to his role of managing partner and HR director for Citwell, Antoine is also a trainer for continuous training programs in reputable engineering schools.
Guillaume Allemand has more than 20 years of experience in Supply Chain consulting. He notably works on issues regarding customer service improvement, demand management, industrial planning, stocks and operations performance.
Before joining Citwell, Guillaume occupied decision-making positions within Pfizer operations, then participated in the development of the Supply Chain and Life Science sector for Cap Gemini Consulting and Ineum consulting.
Guillaume is the managing director in charge of Marketing and Sales development for Citwell as well as the Lyon offices.
Jean-Pascal joined Citwell in 2007, after a 3-years-experience in logistics within DECATHLON. He has been accompanying Supply Chain transformation projects for 15 years.
Within Citwell, he has been involved in many transformation projects, especially in retail companies, luxury and high-tech, and pharma industry on domains ranging from scoping and strategic studies (Network Design, Service Policy, …) to implementation phases.
Director since December of 2017, Jean-Pascal oversees Citwell’s S&OP and ensures the adequacy of resources with customer’s needs. His objective is to offer to clients the best profiles to ensure project success over time.
Anaïs has over 12 years of experience in transformation consulting and specializes in industrial, distribution and services sectors.
She assists upper management in creating and managing transformation projects on the business model, organization, supply chain processes & IS, services and maintenance.
She is also a recognized facilitator of change in both cultural and organizational aspects, as well as in skills improvement in teams (certified trainer), and in workshops facilitation.
Anaïs is the director in charge of the Nantes office development.
Trained in an engineering school specializing in industrial systems, Olivier started his career in logistics, then forecasting in the agri-food industry. He then moved to industrial planning and scheduling as project manager for the software provider Ortems.
After a few years in organizational and IT consulting, he now manages international supply-chain transformation projects within the Citwell Lyon office.
Bertrand joined Citwell in 2013, after 14 years of experience in retail in operational and management supply chain positions.
He is the Citwell expert on Change management issues and contributes to develop IMCM certification as a trainer and network facilitator in France.
He is involved in Supply Chain transformation projects, from diagnosis, scoping and strategic studies to implementation phases and project management in various sectors.
