With the complete redesign of its website and a 20% growth in sales in France, 2017 will remain for Citwell, a successful year. « More than forty customers have given us their trust, whether as part of the continuation of existing projects (bioMérieux, Sanofi, Seb…) or initializing new projects (B. Braun, le Groupe Krys, Jacquet Brossard, Kiloutou, Lesieur, Yves Rocher…) » recalls Laurent Penard, President of Citwell. Business sectors have also exploded, such as food, retail, industry, and chemical-pharmaceutical, strengthening the firm’s expertise in these areas. « Our development in France is booming and first consulting missions have been signed by our international offices, which is very promising » highlights Laurent Penard.
To support its growth, Citwell’s management team strengthened at the end of 2017 with Jean-Pascal Chichmanian as Associate Director. As part of his new role, Jean-Pascal manages Citwell’s S&OP and ensures the adequacy of resources with customer needs. His objective: to offer customers the best profiles (senior manager, manager, consultant …) to ensure the long-term success of projects.
