Paris, April 6, 2018 – « This year again, Citwell has some nice surprises» : behind this mysterious hitch – signature of their 2018 opening film, Citwell announces major changes in its organisation.  As a strategic and operational consulting firm specialized in Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service and Change Management, Citwell now integrates in its support missions: the digitization of companies. Customer, prospect, partner, candidate, what does Citwell reserve for you in 2018?

2017 : A dynamic of sustained growth

Citwell is a pioneering company that, since its establishment, has been pushing the boundaries of its business, anticipating new customer needs. A steady increase in its activity and its results today makes Citwell, an essential reference of the sector

With the complete redesign of its website and a 20% growth in sales in France, 2017 will remain for Citwell, a successful year. « More than forty customers have given us their trust, whether as part of the continuation of existing projects (bioMérieux, Sanofi, Seb…) or initializing new projects (B. Braun, le Groupe Krys, Jacquet Brossard, Kiloutou, Lesieur, Yves Rocher…) » recalls Laurent Penard, President of Citwell. Business sectors have also exploded, such as food, retail, industry, and chemical-pharmaceutical, strengthening the firm’s expertise in these areas. « Our development in France is booming and first consulting missions have been signed by our international offices, which is very promising » highlights Laurent Penard.

To support its growth, Citwell’s management team strengthened at the end of 2017 with Jean-Pascal Chichmanian as Associate Director. As part of his new role, Jean-Pascal manages Citwell’s S&OP and ensures the adequacy of resources with customer needs. His objective: to offer customers the best profiles (senior manager, manager, consultant …) to ensure the long-term success of projects.

2018 : a differentiating commercial policy

Citwell stands out in the market by reinforcing its commercial and marketing policy around 3 axes:

1 – Global services provider positioning
The firm provides advice on both components « business », « technological », and « change management », to provide operational, incremental, and sustainable solutions over time. « The time when consulting firms could stop issuing simple recommendations and action plans is over. We must now implement solutions. » says Guillaume Allemand, Managing Partner of Citwell.

2 – Competitive and innovative offers
As part of the company’s digitization projects, the firm is now leading consulting and support missions around 4.0 technologies (Modular and Adaptive Plant, Additive Manufacturing, Cobotics, Augmented Reality), Intelligent Information Systems (Big Data, Predictive IS, Agile IS, Expert SI) and Logistics 4.0 (Connected Objects, RFID, AGV).

With the ambition of anticipating economic and technical changes in businesses, Citwell is pursuing the development of its new strategic offerings:

« At Citwell, we do not want to do everything, we want to stay innovative. Innovation is etched in our DNA. » says Guillaume Allemand.

3 – A strengthened local presence strategy
As a factor of differentiation from the competition, Citwell wishes to maintain a close relationship with its customers, major accounts and ETI combined.  « We do not believe in the total uberisation of the consulting profession » says Antoine Bernard, Managing Partner of the firm « Conserve human-sized offices, located locally and equipped with videoconferencing systems, we will ensure better communication with our customers »

2018 : An efficient internal organization

Often recognized for their flexibility, Citwell’s teams adapt to support end-to-end and global transformation projects. « Today, more and more major accounts are joining us for our agility of intervention. BioMerieux, a global specialist in in vitro diagnostics, is a perfect example » says Jean-Pascal Chichmanian. This multinational firm has recently quoted Citwell in the national newspaper Les Echos for having helped it successfully pilot a global overhaul of their supply chain. The tangible gains included an improvement in bioMérieux’s customer satisfaction rating of 25 points to achieve a 96% order-line rate of service and a 0.5% reduction in operating costs.

In 2018, recruitment will accelerate at Citwell with many vacancies across its various offices. In parallel with an active recruitment policy, initiatives will also be undertaken to improve the performance of consultants:

  • Multichannel access favouring data sharing between offices
  • Tools facilitating production efficiency for tasks
  • A complete package of personalized and individualized training

« Equipped with the latest market technologies and trained in innovative methodologies, Citwell’s teams are ready to meet the challenges of digitalization » concludes Antoine Bernard.
